QUAINT AND IMMACULATE 3BR 2 BATH COTTAGE IN THE MOUNTAIN CLUB PINES.

What can I say but "wow!" We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming house. The house was immaculate and the owner and local contact were very helpful. They helped us push relaxation to a fine art. It was wonderful to sit in the afternoon sun in the porch and read or relax. We enjoyed being close to Prescott, but out in the pines. The house is also close enough for day trips to the Grand Canyon or Sedona and many other sights such as Montezuma Castle and Tuzigoot ruin. We will be back next year with a long list of things to see and do. We highly recommend this property to others.

This is a cozy cottage with all needed to spend a wonderful peaceful vacation in the pines. The area is peaceful and attractive. The cottage is well maintained and has all the necessary features to provide comfort to me, my daughter and her two children two and four years old. Coming from Puerto Rico I welcome the cool winter weather, for a change. There are parks and lakes within walking distance or a short drive to keep the children busy. We enjoyed feeding the ducks in nearby Goldwater Lake. There is a supermarket within minutes from the cottage, which is very convenient, and plenty of places to eat (we particularly enjoyed The Raven). I plan to come back in the future to Prescott and hope to be able to rent this cottage again. Prescott is a wonderful place to spend peaceful and quality time with the family.

This is a wonderful, cozy cabin 2-5 minutes away from Downtown Prescott. Even though it is close to the downtown area, the cabin is nestled between gorgeous pine trees and lots of beautiful vegetation. It really feels like you are away from it all. The description of the cabin was accurate as well as the location, layout, and amenities. The cabin was clean and well maintained giving it an amazing feeling like you are visiting someone's home! The property owner was amazing, staying in touch with us and providing everything we needed. She was available and responded quickly and effectively to our questions and concerns. I visited thecabin, invited by a friend in July 2012. I enjoyed it so much, I invited my mom to stay with us this January 2013. Amazing seeing the two different season. Beautiful both times of the year! There are things to do with the kids and everything is no more than 25 minutes away. From playgrounds, to parks, to the Downtown area, we had a blast! I would recommend this cabin to anyone.Great memories we will not forget!!
