Large 2nd Floor Condo with two bedrooms, each with a master full bath. One bedroom has a king bed and daybed with trundle. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed. Features a fully applianced and utensiled kitchen, dining area that seats 6, living room area with large sectional, Cable/DVD/VCR, Free Wi-Fi, A/C, Gas Fireplace and large outdoor deck.

I stayed in this condo with my mom, aunts and cousins for a girls winter weekend away. We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. To start, the owner, Eric, was such a pleasure to work with. He was extremely helpful and made the whole process really easy. The actual unit was in perfect condition. It was very clean and the decorations made it very cozy. We loved the big couch that all of us could fit on and the fireplace.

We used the pool and the gym, both which were great. The location of the condo was really convenient. We were right in the middle of Loon and Woodstock, which made it nice for getting to the local bars and restaurants.

I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!

Fantastic stay in Lincoln.

Eric's condo was a fantastic place to stay as a home-base for our vacation in New Hampshire. He made the whole process easy.
The condo is spacious. We were just two, but couldve easily come with another couple. We had everything we needed to be comfortable, and were able to relax for a great stay.

Lincoln is a great location to branch out into many experiences in northern NH and the White Mountains. Located right on the Kancamangus highway, and within a half hour from Franconia, Littleton, Woodstock and Conway.

Highly recommended.

So Much Better Than a Hotel

This condo was a perfect place to stay and be able to see the beautiful surrounding area. And, it was so much nicer than staying in a hotel. It was clean and had a well equipped kitchen. The living area was comfortable and had a nice television to enjoy while relaxing in the evening. There were many nice restaurants close by and even a few within walking distance. The owner is very responsive and helpful.

This condo is AMAZING! Our family of 4 had plenty of space and everything we could possibly need. It is super clean and perfectly layed out. The location is more than you could as for. It has everything right down the road including a supermarket, movies, amazing restaurants and my personal favorites...HOBO Railroad and Clarks Trading Post!! The location is situated in the middle of all the family action, no matter if you want to go to Santa's Village, Six Gun City, or Storyland, it is an easy drive to get there. The condo has every amenity you could ask for to keep everyone busy and happy...between the pools, game room, and fitness center, even indoor raquetball! The cherry on top to this beautiful condo is its owner! Eric is super sweet and very helpful! We will be staying at this condo for all our future family getaways! Thank you, Eric!!!!
