No matter what the reason for your trip to Southern California, this vacation rental will be the perfect home away from home for you. This 3 bed/1.5 bath condo just underwent a FULL remodel, including a completely new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, new bathrooms, brand new pergo and tile flooring throughout, fresh paint, and new blinds. The home is fully furnished with BRAND NEW furniture as well.

This condo is in a beautiful and quite complex just a couple minute walk from the Anaheim Convention Center. If Disneyland is your destination, you can walk to the front entrance within 20 minutes or drive there in under 5 minutes. The complex also has a beautiful pool and hot tub for you to enjoy!

This condo has many things to keep your whole family entertained including a selection of DVDs and an XBOX with Kinect. Also included are beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a cooler in case the beach is your destination!

The master bedroom is furnished with a queen sized sleigh bed with a pillow top mattress and has a 32' flat panel television. The second bedroom has two twin size day beds, while the third bedroom has a queen size bed with a pillow top mattress as well. In the living room we have a queen size sofa sleeper and a 32' flat panel television with a DVD player and a selection of DVDs for you to enjoy. We also have an XBox with Kinect and a variety of video games to keep the whole family entertained! A twin size air mattress is available if needed as well. In all, this condo can sleep up to 9 people comfortably.

With the desire to make this a true home away from home, we have stocked it with dishes, cups, silverware, cookware, bakeware, a toaster, a coffee maker and so much more. There is a full size washer and dryer in the attached, 2-car garage (laundry detergent is provided). For your convenience, a hairdryer and basic toiletries are provided as well.

The condo is also equipped with U-Verse cable and wireless internet, which is free for you to use!

Debbie has a fantastic condo that was great for our vacation to Disneyland. It was very easy to walk back and forth to the parks each day. There is a Target a few blocks away that was great for groceries and sunscreen. The listing was exactly as described. It was clean and the pictures give an accurate view of the layout. Debbie was very helpful before and after our trip. I would certainly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to visit Disneyland or the convention center.

Perfect Condo for families

This was our first time using VRBO but it definitely will not be our last. Our stay was over 8 days and with three kids we wanted something more than a hotel room. We definitely found it with this condo. From the time of booking to the end of our stay Debbie was very quick to response to questions or concerns. The condo itself was lovely and clean with the pictures posted very accurately representing it. It is extremely well stocked and there wasn't one thing that we could not find. The beds were so comfortable. The kids loved the cable\DVD Player and the adults appreciated the wireless internet.

Most evenings my husband and son returned to the park while my girls and I stayed home and I felt very safe there on my own. There was a Target close by for groceries which was perfect. When we return for another visit to the area I would not hesitate to book this condo again. Thanks again for helping us have a wonderful holiday ! We will definitely recommend it to friends travelling to Disneyland.

Perfect Disneyland Condo

This was clean, welcoming and a perfect place to stay for our Disneyland visit with our grandchildren. We could easily come back and take an afternoon break and return at night. It sure beats staying in a hotel. I can't tell you how many times all 6 of us said we were so thankful for such a comfortable place to sleep and relax. It had everything we needed including Disney Dollars. Thanks so much!

Thanksgiving Family Vacation

We were a group of 7... Mom, Dad, 3 Sons, 2 nephews (kids are 12-21 years old). Everyone was comfortable. Lovely condo, all the amenities of home, centrally located to everywhere you might want to go while on vacation in Orange County: Disney Parks, Knott's Berry Farm, Dining, The Great Park of Orange County (free helium balloon rides), Arboretum, 5 beaches, Outlet malls (3 outlet malls at 15-30 minutes drive distance from the house). Just a great location priced better than anything else I found and decorated and furnished to make you feel like you paid a whole lot more for the privilege. The owner is very easy to work with and the house was just as clean and lovely as it looks in the pictures. Highly Recommended!

Great location to Disneyland!

Debbie did a fantastic job making us feel at home. The beds were comfortable and everything we needed was there - shampoo, laundry soap, etc. A big thank you for the welcome gift and providing us with everything we needed during the stay. The location is great - close to Disneyland (15 min walk) and close to Target and many great restaurants. Thanks again!
