The Park Avenue Condominiums allow you to experience the ultimate ski vacation. We are centrally located at the base of the town of Park City. You can walk to the PCMR lifts or drive just 6 minutes to both Deer Valley and the new & improved Canyons Ski Resorts.

Our 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is beautifully furnished with 1610 square feet on 3 levels. The main level has a private master suite & bath, fully equipped kitchen, separate dining room, living room with soaring vaulted ceiling and a terrace that overlooks the golf course to PCMR ski runs. Night skiing lights up your view every evening - great for walks on the cross-country skiing trails.

The top level has a second master suite and bath. Ground level is garage with ski-closet and entry / mud room to hold boots, jackets, etc.

Our quiet townhome offers free, secure broadband internet, a washer/dryer in the unit, and a private carport with direct access into the unit for those cold, snowy days.

Outdoor heated pool and hot tub/sauna area with changing facilities. We are walking distance to supermarket, Starbucks, and Cole Sports. We are also on the free resort shuttle line.

You'll feel like you're staying in a true mountain ski lodge with all the comforts of home.

We had a wonderful Ski Vacation with our two married daughters and their husbands in Park City. The unit was everything we needed for a great vacation. The unit was well maintained and clean, and we would recommend this unit to anyone wanting a quiet, nice place to stay while in Park City.
We made most of our meals in the wonderfully equipped kitchen. The washer and dryer were a great addition to dry out ski clothing at night. The hot tub and pool were a short walk and were really nice. The family enjoyed these facilities several times during our stay. The grocery store across the street was a plus, as well as the other restaurants nearby. We had a rental car, and the carport was very nice to have. We utilized the bus to go to and from the downtown area several times. All in all a great vacation experience. Oh, and the skiing was fantastic too!
