It’s just a few blocks from Alamo Square Park, home of the famous row of “painted ladies” Victorian houses, Golden Gate Park, Haight Street, and USF. Just a few minutes from City Hall, UCSF, and the downtown shopping district. It’s in the North of Panhadle (Nopa) neighborhood with several delightful cafés, restaurants, and pubs within a few minutes walk. The house is set back from the street, accessed through a private gated entrance. It has a large sun deck out front with pretty views of the area. There is a private off-street parking space that comes with the rental, directly adjacent. There is also a 40-inch flat screen TV with cable/HBO, washer and dryer, and a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and coffee machine. Linens, towels, dishes and cooking utensils provided.
