Impeccable, upper level 1100 square foot condo features a warm and inviting great room with cozy fireplace. Kitchen has all black appliances and a large dining area in the great room. This unit was professionally decorated in the summer of 2011. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Very well maintained, gated condo community with all the amenities: heated pool & spa, clubhouse, BBQs, work-out facility, walking/biking paths and is adjacent to a golf course & great shopping area.

Perfectly located, right in the heart of Scottsdale, Arizona (Tatum and Shea area). Walking distance from Paradise Valley Mall, Paradise Valley Marketplace, 4 grocery stores, many restaurants and other great stores including Trader Joe's and Ross’! Just two miles east of SR-51 and 4 miles west of the 101, makes this condo ideally located for easy access to the entire valley!

You can walk, jog, or bike along the adjacent golf course.

Unit description: The great room has a 46 inch wall mounted flat screen TV and a wood-burning fireplace. The master bedroom has a king size bed and 20 inch wall mounted LCD TV, large walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a separate bathroom. Cable and High speed internet are also included, so bring your laptop if you like. The unit comes fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, full capacity washer/dryer, ample linens, kitchen appliances and utensils, dishes and cookware.

Amenities: The condo has a nice size balcony with beautiful views of the sunrise, pool and Camelback Mountain and a table for your outdoor enjoyment. This is a great value! The community is well maintained and is very quiet. It is a third floor unit, so you will not be bothered by overhead noise since it is a top-floor condo. It is close to the pool and spa, and there is evident owner-pride in the complex. A 90 day minimum rental period is required due to Home Owner Association rules.

A very spacious, spotless and beautifully decorated two bedroom condo. The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you will need. The bedrooms had beautiful furnishings and very comfortable beds. The family room was very nice with semi-circular recliner sofa, big TV and Bluray player. The pool area was nice and relaxing. The condo is in a very nice location, within walking distance to many stores and restaurants. The complex grounds are kept very clean. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Beautiful Condo

This condo is centrally located with lots of shopping and restaurants close by. The condo is very nicely decorated and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped as is the whole unit. You will not need for anything. It has a nice balcony with great views to relax after an afternoon of golf. The grounds and pool are well kept. The exercise room equipment is up to date and maintained. We had a wonderful stay and definitely recommend this unit. The owner Kelly is very accommodating.
