The rental unit was as described in the listing. Pictures were accurate. The building is a bit older, but the unit is well maintained and CLEAN! I usually have a cleaning routine that I go through whenever we rent. This is one of the few places that "my cleaning routine" was not even necessary. The unit was well stocked. We flew out, rather than driving as we usually do, and the basic supplies were there for us. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, but very convenient to anything you need. And, we heard nothing through the walls of the unit--very well insulated. We borrowed a fan/wind machine for the living room, as there was not a ceiling fan in that room, and we needed more air movement--That helped us Michiganders... The spring in the coffee maker was broken, and Tristan had a new coffee maker dropped off for my husband by that same evening. (He liked that!) Overall, a nice place and the rental company was easy to work with!

nice and cozy place to stay.. very clean and well taken care of. description spot on, good sense of home away from home. owner very easy to communicate with, and i highly recommend staying here and will be looking forward to staying here again when I am in the area.

This was the perfect place for my parents to stay. They loved the pool and whirlpool! The home had everything they needed and more! They said they slept so soundly on the comfortable bed. My dad loved watching baseball on the big screen TV in the recliner. He was in heaven! Super close to grocery shopping and other stores. They loved it so much they want to buy it! Property manager and home owner were very helpful with great communication. Thank you for making this a terrific family visit for them!
