Laurence and Gaël propose you two quality apartments of type F2 renewed in April, 2012 (Holiday rental 'LA COMMANDERIE')and April 2013 (Holiday rental 'LE SAINT JEAN'), in a co-ownership with concierge.

In the 2nd floor, with elevator, each can welcome 2 to 4 persons in a warm and nice atmosphere.

Summer and winter alike, you will be in the heart of the historic district of Colmar with its tourist attractions and Christmas markets

YOUR BUDGET IS UNDER CONTROL BECAUSE OUR PRICE ARE ALL INCLUDED. The price of the rent includes the electric central heating, the water and the tourist tax. In the flat you can find everything you need for a good stay. For a bigger comfort, we also supply you sheets, towels and cloths of cooking(kitchen).

A welcome gift waits for you during your arrival.

The apartments totally equipped for nine consists of:

- A living-diningroom with a sofa bed (good quality bedding for possible sleeping around of 2 additional persons with slatted bed), a TV flat screen, a DVD reader,

- An equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwaves, pressure cooker, etc.),

- A bedroom for 2 persons with a kingsize bed of 180x200 (storage cupboard),

- A bathroom equipped with a shower, a bowl, a washing machine, a towel warmer, a hairdryer and one toilets.

Holiday cottage adapted to baby.

The price of the rent includes the electric central heating, the water and the tourist tax.

Linen (Sheets, Towels and cloths of kitchen) supply.

Failed household(housework) proposed : 40€.

No animals admitted.

My husband and I had a very nice stay in this appartment i Colmar in September. The appartment is very nice and clean - here is all you need and in the center of Colmar. You are close to restaurants and shops and you can walk to everything. The owners of this appartment are very kind people who will help you if you need help. We can recommend this appartment to others and we will sure go back again.

IDEAL POUR PASSER DES VACANCES A PIED

Déjà un accueil très sympathique : nous sommes arrivés en train et Laurence, la gentille propriétaire, est venue nous chercher à la gare ... (et nous y a aussi reconduit le dernier jour ! )

Nous y avons passé 5 nuits : c'est un petit appartement très fonctionnel, très silencieux, en plein centre du Vieux Colmar, à deux pas de la Petite Venise.

Il est non seulement proche de tous les lieux historiques, mais aussi des commerces et de nombreux restos !

Pour des gens retraités comme nous le sommes, cette proximité a été très appréciable, offrant la possibilité d'une petite sieste pour couper facilement les longues journées de tourisme intensif :)

On a particulièrement apprécié un petit resto dans la petite ruelle qui descend juste à gauche de l'entrée de l'immeuble : "Le Caveau Saint-Jean".
On y a dîné tous les soirs : accueil chaleureux, ambiance chaleureuse, cuisine traditionnelle familiale alsacienne, bio de surcroît, recettes qu'on ne trouve pas partout, plats très copieux. Une excellente adresse.

L'appartement correspond parfaitement à ce qui en est montré sur le site.

Oui, nous recommanderions cet endroit à des amis. Sans aucun doute.

Parfait séjour à Colmar

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au sein de l'appartement, qui était parfait et ressemblant en tout point aux photos, confort absolu !

L'accueil des propriétaires était chaleureux et également très serviable en les remerciant également du petit présent offert.

Les marchés de Noël sont aussi à proximité, celui de Colmar est à deux pas du lieu de résidence.

L'ambiance et la féérie des marchés étaient présentes, un séjour très agréable.

situation ideale à Colmar

Appartement très bien située à Colmar dans une résidence calme. Possibilité de garer sa voiture dans la rue sinon un parking est situé pas très loin de l'appartement. Nombreux commerces à proximité (boulangeries, boucheries, bars, restaurants...) et tout ça à pied. L'appartement est très agréable et impeccable, salon confortable, cuisine super bien équipée, et belle salle de bain. Les descriptions et les photos correspondent à la réalité des lieux. Nous avons passé un super séjour à Colmar dans cette ambiance de Noël. A recommander sans hésitation.

Super vacances sans voiture !!!

Bel appartement bien équipé en plein centre de Colmar. Toutes les visites se font à pieds, on est au coeur du vieux colmar. L'appartement est très agréable, le quartier est calme avec beaucoup de restaurants, et de quoi faire ses courses sans voiture. Les propriétaires sont trés sympa une adresse à retenir !
