Direct non-stops flights arrive into Vail/Eagle County Airport from Miami, Atlanta, Chicago, Cincinnati, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Los Angeles, Houston, Newark, LaGuardia, JFK, Minneapolis, and Denver. Beaver Creek is only 12 miles from Vail and in an ideal area to explore the best the exciting Rocky Mountains have to offer.
Gorgeous Fireplace and Gourmet Kitchen:
As you walk in, you will see a gorgeous family room featuring a spectacular fireplace. There is plenty of seating to gather around in a spot that will surely be a focal point of the vacation. Adjacent to the fireplace, there is a large flat screen TV, Blu-ray DVD player and a music system. The kitchen is perfect to prepare any meal! Fully equipped with all the items needed to ensure that any dish – whether you are an informal cook or a gourmet one – you will have everything needed at your fingertips. If visiting during Thanksgiving or Christmas, there even is fine china for a formal dinner. A large rustic table has seating for 6, and there is additional seating at the breakfast counter. A full bathroom is also located on the first floor.

On the next floor, you will find a large master bedroom suite with a king size bed, a large flat screen TV, DVD player and private bathroom with a delightful Jacuzzi tub. Adjacent, there is another master suite with a queen bed, sitting area, flat screen TV, Blu-ray DVD player, Wii console and games, and its own bathroom. Best getaway ever!!!
My husband and I just got back from a stay at this townhouse and we both agree that is was one of the best vacations we have ever taken. The property itself was stunning; so beautifully decorated and spotless. We were amazed how absolutely spacious it was, yet we felt so at home there. We enjoyed very much sitting around the fire after a day of outdoor winter activities.
The management company was incredibly organized and very friendly. They answered all of our questions promptly. They send us a very complete email with all the information we needed for the stay. It even included the information about the Beaver Creek shuttle. It is a free shuttle that picks you up just a few feet from the townhouse and takes you throughout the village. It is definitely the best way to get around!
We drove from Denver through some of the most scenic views we have seen. It is the kind of road that you wish you could film to be able to view over and over again. We loved that the Beaver Creek village still has holiday lights, which gives the place such a festive feel. We had a really nice lunch at the Dusty Boot Steakhouse. Our most memorable meal was at SaddleRidge, which is an elegant restaurant and museum. Definitely a dinner that will stay in our hearts and minds forever! We visited Vail and several towns in the vicinity. There is just so much to do we ran out of time. We wished we could have stayed longer so we are keeping that in mind next time we book this place.

We had a great time! There were 7 of us and the house accommodated us very well. The house was well equipped and very comfortable, the view from the front window is beautiful. We wouldn't hesitate to rent again for another adventure to the mountains.
We stayed at the property in early July with five adults and a two- and four-year-old. Everyone loved it and we’d highly recommend it to others.
The property is very clean and seriously well-stocked for a vacation rental, with every kitchen tool you could think of, tons of towels, games and movies. There was even a pack & play and baby monitor, which we didn’t know about (we’d brought our own). The bedrooms are nice and spacious and it’s great that everyone has their own en-suite bathroom and TV/DVD. There doesn’t appear to be any A/C, which really isn’t needed, except the top floor (living room and kitchen) can get a bit warm during the day. The bedrooms stayed nice and cool even when it was mid-80s outside.
The location is excellent – an easy walk to Beaver Creek village, even with two little ones, along a nice path and very close to the chairlift that is open in the summer. We also loved the shuttle service which will basically pick you up and deliver you anywhere in the village for free. We spent a lot of time at the pool at the Pines Lodge which is small, but was generally pretty empty, so was great for the kids. The fitness center there was also well appointed, with nice locker rooms.
Beaver Creek village itself is terrific for families – we loved the playground, the bungee trampoline & climbing wall, the movie night and the free cookies at 3pm!
6 of us stayed at the condo last week. The photos and descriptions are accurate, however, understated to the actual property. The location is second to none, easy and convenient to all of Beaver Creek. The unit includes use of the public transportation which picked up and dropped off immediately outside the unit. It also includes after hours call for service transportation. Property was exceptionally clean and neat, rooms and furnishings as described. Space was plenty for our party. The property was neat, clean and fully functioning.
Just returned from a week long stay in Beaver Creek and this townhouse was outstanding. Our family has high expectations when we travel and this unit did not disappoint. Seven of us (2 adults and 5 teenagers) were extremely comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The pictures and descriptions do not do the unit and location justice. The unit is extremely neat, everything is updated and state of the art, contains plenty of extra linens, towels, blankets, and everything you could need in the fully equipped kitchen. To top it off, you have access to one of the top resort hotels in the world in the Pines Lodge next door. Transportation around the village is complimentary and picks you up right at the Lodge. We loved the exercise facility, hot tub, restaurant and sports shop at the Lodge.
To top it off, you couldn't ask for a more professional management company than ITZ. They were amazing about everything. Prompt, thorough, helpful and professional in everything they did. The owner of the unit, Jamie, was also extremely helpful in answering questions by phone, recommending activities and restaurants and even stopped by while we were there to ensure everything was in order.
We couldn't be more thrilled with the stay and will definitely be back. If you are staying in Beaver Creek I highly recommend this unit for rental You won't be disappointed.
My brother and I attended the 2013 USA Pro Cycling Challenge Colorado Bicycle Stage race which ended in Beaver Creek on August 22, 2013. We stayed at the Beaver Creek condominium owned by ITZ Vacation Homes which is located about 200 yards from the race finish line.
The condominium is beautifully furnished and maintained, within easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants and ski lifts in Beaver Creek, and a perfect home for the time we spent in this spectacular mountain setting.
We were extremely happy with the comfort and location and would recommend it for anyone spending time in Beaver Creek. My brother and I felt that it is a perfect condominium for family vacations.
One final note, ITZ Vacation Homes was clearly dedicated to making sure that our stay was the best that it could be and we would certainly come back again.
