This spectacular home has wonderful ocean views, and includes a private pool and hot tub! Enjoy all the abundance of the seaside at this beautiful new home in the premier location of Old Nags Head Place. Blue Heron has a wealth of amenities for the entire family to enjoy as well as easy beach access via a private pathway. Great views of the ocean and sunsets over Jockey's Ridge sand dune await you from the spacious great room and wrap-around decks.

You'll appreciate the spectacular design, comfortable furnishings, colorful décor and attention to details such as tile flooring and LeBleu pure water system. Lounge in the private pool or relax in the hot tub. Located in the heart of the Outer Banks, you are just a leisurely walk from wonderful restaurants, quaint shops and the Nags Head Fishing Pier, and only a block from the beach. Approximately MP 12.

The top level includes the great room with gas fireplace, open kitchen, powder room, and King master suite with tub and separate shower.

The mid level has a king master suite with large jacuzzi tub, double sinks, shower, deck access, two queen rooms with adjoining full bath and a laundry room.

The club level includes a Pyramid bunk with trundle, sleep sofa, full bath, and recreation room with wet bar leading to the pool area.

A great house! Everything was well thought out. You could fix Thanksgiving dinner here! Very clean house and very close to the beach access. We will definitely be coming back in warmer weather so we can try out the pool!

Welcome to the Blue Heron, our seaside getaway. We have been vacationing in the Outer Banks for many years, and simply love all that the area provides.
