A large detached family villa with pool situated at the head of a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential area close to a wonderful beach. The recently constructed villa is fully furnished and can comfortably sleep up to 10 people. It has 4 double and 1 twin bedded rooms, 3 bathrooms and a large lounge / dining area. The kitchen is comprehensively furnished with modern appliances and kitchen equipment. The upstairs bedrooms all have large balconies with sea views. Outside there is a child friendly kidney shaped swimming pool surrounded by a patio area perfect for al-fresco dining. There is a large in-built bbq together with hard and soft landscaped areas. The plot is secure and safe for children with no passing traffic. The villa is situated on the outskirts of the traditional Portuguese village of Pera in the Central Algarve near to Armacao De Pera. Pera has several shops, cafes and restaurants within close walking distance of the villa. Zoomarine and Aqualand are a short drive away.

Pera is located close to the coast just south of the N125 and only 10 minutes drive from Armacao de Pera, Alcantrhilla and Guia. The family attractions of Zoomarine, Slide and Splash and Aqualand are only a short drive away. The Sand Sculptures are on the outskirts of the village. The historic towns Silves, Portimao and Lagos are all within easy reach; The Algarve Retail Shopping Centre is a 10 minute drive from the villa. There are 26 golf courses within 30 minutes drive of the villa. For those seeking more active nightlife, Albuferia is a 20 minute drive away.
