House, 3 Bedrooms + Den, 1 Bath (Sleeps 9)

This beachside cottage has vintage charm and modern amenities. Located just 100 yards from the beach on the beach side of Gulf Boulevard and 50 feet from the beach access means quick, safe strolls to the beach. No busy roads to cross! The 3 bedrooms plus den and spacious living room allows ample room for your group inside and your private fenced yard, deck, hot tub, tiki bar, and gas grill is ideal for outdoor entertaining.

The house features fun decor and new furnishings, free wi-fi, and a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances. We also have 6 parking spaces. We love spending time at ''Three Mermaids and a Crab'' and hope you will, too!

We are a beach-loving family that has many wonderful memories of vacations at beach houses. We love to entertain family and friends; our get-togethers are all about good food, good conversation, party games, and happy tired kids that go to bed early!

Indian Shores is the perfect type of beach community - busy enough to have restaurants and attractions nearby without the highrises, crowds and traffic of a big beach town. Families and snowbirds alike love this area.

What makes this house unique

We are 70 yards from a Suncoast Trolley stop which can take you to all of the Pinellas County beach towns. Our beautiful beach has picnic tables, trees, sea oats, and peace and quiet. We love strolling down to the beach to watch the sunset, checking up on 'patients' at Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, and noshing on Key Lime donuts at The Lighthouse Bakery on Sunday mornings.

Awesome relaxation on Gulf!

Our 2nd straight summer vacation at this beach house! New owners made some nice cosmetic updates, and added a real homey touch, to an already perfect vacation beach house! All the comforts of home within steps of the beautiful, peaceful Indian Shores Beach! Close to excellent dining, and attractions from St. Pete Beach to Clearwater Beach. Took family 1/2 day fishing out of Hubbard's Marina @ John's Pass - we all caught fish and really enjoyed the experience. We hope to return to this lovely beach house for another perfect family vacation soon!

Clean. Smartly Appointed. Steps from the Beach. Lots of Fabulous Little Details. Nicely Decorated. Quiet. Private. The kitchen was easy to cook in, the grill was clean, the hot tub was warm, the beds were comfortable, the shower was warm, the beach was clean, the dogs were happy, we loved it and we're coming back. Highly recommended. Great rental, great people to deal with, keyless number locking system was awesome.

Great Family vacation spot!

Had a great family vacation at this house and everything was wonderful! Everything you need for the beach including towels & chairs! Plus the house was great, spacious and fully stocked with anything we forgot! Bonus... theres a wonderful backyard area for grilling and enjoying the evening together. All my emails & questions were answered very promptly! I can't think of one bad thing about our experience.... the family is already talking about coming back next year! =)

Amazing Beach House

Stayed with my kids and had an incredible long weekend. Quick access to the beach allowed us to bounce back and forth for breaks from the heat and sun...kept everyone comfortable and happy. Great places to eat close by and we really enjoyed the mini golf course just down the road. House was perfect for a small or large family gathering...lots of beds, great beach theme, TVs for the kids in several rooms, can't think of a negative thing to say! Very clean and lots of amenities, nice touches by the owners in every room. Coordinating with the owners was a piece of cake...extremely accommodating and fair. Would definitely recommend this property for families...we will stay here again every time we visit Indian Shores...the perfect house!
