Villa Bon Cas is a beautiful 4 bedroom, traditionally furnished villa 10min drive from Mahon. It's situated in an elevated position on a SW facing hillside in the quiet, exclusive area of Cala Llonga. The villa is not overlooked and has impressive views of Mahon harbour and beyond. It has its own private pool (7mx3m), sun terrace and outside dinning and barbeque area. The living accommodation is all on one level and comprises three large double bedrooms and a single bedroom (can sleep 2). There are 2 ensuite bathrooms and a further separate fully fitted bathroom. The main living room is very spacious with high vaulted ceilings and dining area to one side. Access to the terrace and pool area is from the main living room. There is a large, well appointed kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. This is a true home from home holiday villa perfect for getting away from it all with the added bonus of being minutes from the main town with all its superb restaurants, bars and shops.

Cala Llonga is a quiet residential area on the south east corner of the island close to the busy town of Mahon with its many restaurants,bars and shops. There is a local supermarket within 2 mins walk of the vila and a childrens play area. The nearest beach is just a 10min drive away. A car is essential to enjoy the many attractions Menorca has to offer including many more beaches, golf, walking and many water sports and activities. Cala Llonga is not a resort - it is a residential area with a mix of local people and second home owners. The location is ideal for those seeking a quiet location but close to a lively town offering fine dining and entertainment.

  • A 10% deposit is required on confirmation of a booking and the final cost six weeks before departure to Menorca. Payments are only returnable if we are able, subsequently to re-let the villa.
    Generally the villa cannot be occupied before 12pm on day of arrival and must be vacated before 10am on day of departure, for cleaning purposes.
    All guests are strongly advised to obtain travel insurance on confirmation of booking.
    We are able to organise car hire at discounted rates.

This was our ninth visit to the lovely island of Menorca but our first to the area of Cala Llonga. Villa Bon Cas was exactly as described in the property details. It was clean well maintained and well equipped with lovely views overlooking the harbour at Mahon. The area is quiet and suited our needs exactly. We always hire a car when visiting Menorca as we like to be totally independent however I would suggest that it is essential when staying in Cala Llonga. The week we spent at Villa Bon Cas in June 2008 was enjoyable very relaxing and the area was equal to any that we have stayed in on previous visits to this lovely island.
