135 Lazy Day Drive, Surf City Come & spend a wonderful week at the beach in the gated complex of Turtle Cove. Located approximately .7 miles south of the Surf City traffic light, Turtle Cove sits between South Shore Drive and South Topsail Drive. Each property in this community is privately owned and decorated to the taste of the owners.
Ocean Breeze is located in Turtle Cove at 135 Lazy Day. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 ½ bath town home with occupancy for 6. Kick off your shoes and escape from your hectic life to the serenity of Ocean Breeze.
As you enter the front door you find yourself in a lovely L shaped kitchen which includes double sink, stove, refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. The ample cabinets and pantry are stocked with cooking and dinner ware for preparing your favorite island cuisine. Down the hallway you will find a closet with washer and dryer. A ½ bath is conveniently located on the left. There is also a telephone for local calls only. Separating the kitchen from the dining area is a breakfast bar equipped with two bar stools.
The dining area is furnished with table and chairs for four. The dining room opens into the nautical inspired living room complete with love seat, swivel chair, wing back chair with ottoman and easy chair. The handsome TV armoire contains a color, cable flat screen TV with DVD. There is an end table with reading lamp and a magazine rack. Books and games are included for your family to enjoy. The living room provides access to the outside deck via sliding glass doors. The large deck with arondack chairs is wonderful for enjoying the sunrise and a cup of coffee in the mornings. You also have a partial view of the pool. Across the living room, you will notice the stairs to the second floor.
At one end of the hall on the second floor you will find the Master Bedroom, furnished with a four poster, Queen sized bed, dresser, chest of drawers and closet. Relax and watch your favorite program on the color, cable television with VCR. Or retreat to the deck for an afternoon of sunning through the sliding glass doors. Enjoy a nice hot shower after a day of sunning or playing on the beach in the attached full size bathroom.
Down the other end of the hall is the second bedroom. It is comfortably furnished with a full sized bed and twin size bunk beds, perfect for the family with children. A dresser and closet complete the furnishings. Attached is a full size bathroom.
Ocean Breeze is a stone's throw away from the easy beach access and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. There is an outside shower located in the garage to rinse off the sand after a day of playing on the beach. For those days you just want to lounge around and relax without the sand, there is a swimming pool to enjoy.
Each property has a two car maximum. Gate and pool pass are provided by Lewis Realty Associates. No pets or smoking allowed! Linens can be rented locally.
A small Surf City Public Park is located across South Topsail Drive from Turtle Cove and boasts a basket ball court, jungle gym, and swing just to name a few. Surf City Fishing Pier as well as fine dining and casual restaurants are just a few moments drive away from these properties.
