Nice place!

This is a nice house. We stayed in November and the neighborhood was very quiet. All descriptions are accurate about this place. This was our first time in Florida. We found all Disney parks within 20 minutes away. The house is close to stores, restaurants (Cracker Barrel and Waffle House are great!) and all toll roads/turnpike/etc. We made it to Daytona Beach in just over an hour and Miami/Homestead in about 4hrs.
All bedrooms are pleasantly decorated and comfortable. There are extra pillows and blankets. The mattresses could be better. Overall, the house is extremely clean, the pool is nice and so is the location.
The only thing I wish I would have known was that there were no trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher soap, coffee filters, extra toilet paper, etc. It would have been nice to have one extra of each, which is normally provided in any other rental home or timeshare I've stayed at. This was more of an annoyance than anything. I only mention it for a future renter, so they will be prepared and maybe bring their own.
Local Attractions we tried and enjoyed:
Wild Willy's Airboat Tour (on Yelp). We did this our 1st day and our kids did not stop talking about it the whole trip. It's about 40 mins away. The tour is about an hour, very fun and you get to hold a baby alligator at the end. Watch out for other tour companies that want to meet you at a boat launch. They are NOT legal. Wild Willy is educational, fun and legit. We saw many gators, eagles, etc.
Disneyworld: Of course. I recommend that you park at the parking/ticketing center and take the monorail to the park. This makes it easier for park hopping. Epcot is a lot of walking, and shopping. Hardly any rides, which is better for older people or people not so into rides. Disney Quest is basically a big indoor arcade. We went every night after dinner and stayed till close (10pm). There's eateries, snacks, VR games, bumper cars, old games (pacman, galaga, etc) and new (wreck it ralph, jurassic park, etc)
Universal: Very cool. Almost better than Disney, really. Our kids are 12 and 14, so they loved the thrill rides. It's about 40 mins away. Get the butterbeer in Harry Potter World, and ride the dragon ride. We did do both parks in one day, skipping shows and other things we weren't interested in.
Food: Cracker Barrel is about 8 mins away. Waffle House is all over the area. If you go eat near the theme parks, try to eat early 5pm to avoid the waits.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review. It sounds like you had a great time exploring all the wonderful attractions nearby. I am sorry there was a misunderstanding with regards to supplies. If arranged in advance for a fee, the property manager can provide a welcome package that would be in the home on your arrival and includes many of the items you listed as well as basic groceries such as milk and bread. I am very happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay.
