A beautifully appointed 2/2.5 town home on the barrier island near the Disney resort. There are 2 tennis courts, a large clubhouse pool, private beach access and a large clubhouse with a work out gym. The town home has a lovely Four Seasons glass sunroom with a garden view, for reading, enjoying breakfast or dinner, or taking an afternoon nap. There is also a small patio. There is a single car garage and 1 parking space.

'In Season' there are clubhouse socials on Friday evenings and Bridge on Tuesday evenings.

The community is quiet and peaceful, situated on 16 acres of lush landscaping with only 69 homes.

The historic Jungle Trail is just around the corner for walking and bicycling along the inland waterway.

The Disney Resort is just a 5 minute walk and has a nice bar with an ocean view, and 2 restaurants if you don't feel like cooking.

Sandridge Golf course is only 10 minutes away

Vero Beach is a quiet seaside town with a lot of great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment
