3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Sleeps 8 max.

Rocky Retreat house is 2010 sq. ft. and has an in-home theater! DVD library (G & PG rated movies), DVD with ceiling projector and big screen with a surround sound system are in the lower level family room! Bring the family to your own private theatre and make every night movie night!

Nice wooded location at the very end of a cul-de-sac. Wrap-around back & side deck with furniture and a gas grill. Comcast WIFI & Cable TVs. Plenty of books for the avid reader.

Entry level: Great room (living, kitchen dining), wrap-around (3 sides of the house) deck, 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom.

Downstairs: HUGE theatre room, 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom.

PET FRIENDLY: PETS ALLOWED: 1 adult dog, ONLY; must have ALL current vaccinations; renter must sign Pet Policy and pay pet fee. Renter must clean up all pet waste from yard. Local leash laws must be adhered to. For more info, please contact us.

Age Requirement: Principal renter must be at least 25 years of age.

Property mgr was good to work with very friendly. Easy checkin and good directions to the house. Close to lots to do. We skiied during the day and watched movies in the theater room at ngiht. The owner has a ton of movies here so we didn't even watch any of our own that we brought.
Rocky house is comfortable and clean and we hope to come back next year.
