5 bedroom , 3 bathrooms and 1 toilet for up to 12 people very close to the beach

Very comfortable 5 bedroom/3 bathroom custom home with beautiful wood work throughout the house. Two bedroom suites with balconies (one enclosed). Larger master suite has jet tub. Two bedrooms downstairs with built in bookcases and bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioner and ceiling fans. Additional half bathroom close to kitchen. Large dining room features built-in Brazilian barbecue 'pit' and beautiful bay window. Family room has wood burning fireplace and opens to a front porch 'lanai'. Large kitchen, laundry room and pantry. Car port for 2 cars. Back yard features a brand new wood deck with a 6 person “cromoterapia' spa for hours of relaxation. Conveniently located two blocks to shops, bakery, restaurants and pharmacy and a short 5-minute walk to the beach.
Nearest Airport : Hercílio Luz at 35 Kilometres

Located 200 meters from the beach, near Taiko, and two blocks from the Open International Shopping Jurerê, where there are restaurants, shops, pharmacy, supermarket and ATMs.

Beautiful home in a great location

I had the opportunity to stay in this property with a few of my friends and had a fantastic time. The home is very comfortable, has a great backyard, full bbq inside, hot-tub, etc... all the amenities needed to feel at home while on vacation. In addition the house is located within walking distance from the beach, great shopping area, restaurants and night life. We had a blast and are planning on returning next year.

Helen is extremely nice, reliable and accommodating which made our stay even more pleasant, she wanted to make sure we felt at home and was always available in the case we needed anything.

I would strongly recommend this property whether you are in town for a family vacation or with a group of friends.

It´s my chance to chat about the beauty of this " Magic Island," which I have been exploring (mainly on foot!) since I came to live here 20 years ago, and to practice other languages.
