Villa, 3 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths (Sleeps 6)

First year of rental (2011) of this very spacious second floor 3 bedroom Villa (2300 sq. ft. on one level). It has a beautiful unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean with the living and dining areas having wrap around glass and an adjacent 30 foot balcony.

Each bedroom comes with a private bathroom and a covered balcony overlooking the ocean and views of the 18th hole of the famous Wild Dunes Links Golf Course. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The master bathroom has a jetted tub, double vanity, and separate shower.

The Villa is perfect for watching golfers, enjoying beach activities, and relaxing with a glass of wine or early morning coffee (from the special coffee maker that also makes espresso and cappuccino).

It takes only two minutes or less to walk to the beach or to the large pool for swimming or the hot tub for soaking.

Five night minimum rental. Cleaning services and taxes are extra.

Local telephone calls are free - Long Distance calls to the USA and Canada are charged at 8 cents per minute. Sorry no smokers or pets.

This villa provided an ideal location for our family to spend time at the beach. The views are better than the pictures and are breathtaking from every room. There were times where we were the only ones on the beach. I spent quiet mornings walking on the beach collecting shells or enjoying a cup of coffee on the expansive patio. This is a calm, peaceful, safe, serene location.
The villa's interior is true to the pictures posted and clean. All my questions were answered upfront and additional detailed information about area restaurants never led us wrong.
Although the beach was relaxing, our family enjoyed kayaking with alligators and several rounds of paintball when the teenagers were looking for a little more adventure. These activities were within a 15-25 minute drive.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Hi -the condo was wonderful. My best friends from college (We Are Penn State!) had a fantastic time.
We had a two year old and a 7 week old in tow. The wild dunes ammenities were perfect for our group.
We used the balcony every chance - sunrise coffee - mid morning snack , lunch, apps and wine before dinner and then sunset and star gazing. Watching the golfers proved good entertainent. Close to the beach and pool. Very Clean and thank to Jo-Ann and the shepards for a wonderful reunion weekend.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Awesome Weekend

Wonderful condo- breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean. Sunrise and sunsets were amazing. Photos and descriptions are accurate. Extremely comfortable, very clean and well stocked. Sitting on the comfortable porch furniture and relaxing was our favorite pastime. Pool was a good size and walk to beach wasn't too bad. Owners went out of their way to accommodate us. Would definitely return again.
