This property is a top floor apartment with a fantastic roof top terrace. There are views around the bay to Alicante and inland towards the mountains. There are two twin bedded bedrooms and an additional double sofa bed in the lounge. A fully equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge with dining area and family bathroom complete the accomodation. There is also the added benefit of an outside parking space and under ground parking. The swimming pool is communal with a shallow section for chidren and a sunbathing terrace. Los Arenales is a very Spanish area and a small but expanding resort. There are plenty of Spanish restaurants, bars and cafes with a warm welcome for all. During the summer months the resort hosts a Friday evening market , popular with locals and visitors alike. There are also other local markets that are held all year round. Alicante is a short bus or car ride away. Only a 10 minute transfer from Alicante airport.

A new build top-floor apartment overlooking the bay of Alicante and inland to the mountain ranges. 10 min walk to the beautiful beach at Los Arenales - a very Spanish resort, with many bars and restaurants. A resort for all ages. Surrounded inland by a protected nature reserve. 15 min bus ride/10 min car to Alicante town for high class (but not expensive!) shopping, a visit to the hill-top castle and plenty of places to eat around the marina. Easy access - only 15 min from the airport at Alicante. Nearby towns of Elche and Santa Pola are readily accessible. Visit the local markets for Spanish atmosphere and produce.

Los Arenales is a very Spanish resort, it is more suited to people seeking to chill out rather than clubbing (although this can be done in nearby Alicante or Santa Poala ! ). A fabulous beach, ideally suited to young children, a selection of restaurants, bars and mini supermarkets ( larger supermarkets are just a 15 min bus ride away ) , all combine to offer a peaceful, sun filled holiday destination within an easy 15 minute journey from the airport ( the flight paths are far enough away for the planes to be just an interesting diversion as you sip your favourite drink on the sun roof ! ). The shared pool ( restricted to residents ) offers a nice alternative to the beach. In July and August the resort is busier, there are street markets etc, but the resort still retains its class.

Other Activities: A large nature reserve is nearby.
