Kitchen features maple cabinetry with custom green granite countertops, glass tile backsplash, and new appliances. Bathroom has a tiled shower stall. Major renovations were careful to maintain the fine details of this historic home. New windows & systems. One car parking, common coin-operated laundry in basement. Beautifully landscaped front year. Public beach access across the street.

Peter is: Director of Talent Acquisition @ Saks Fifth Avenue in NYC. We utilize our Ptown condo about 6-8 times per year, especially in the Spring & Fall! Peter & Dennis have been together for 17 years and have lived all over the U.S. including Connecticut, New York, Southern California, & Florida.

Great time in P-town

The Figurehead House was a great place to stay for a week in Provincetown. It was cozy and is perfect for a couple. The apartment was newly renovated and immaculate. The unit is exactly as it is in the pictures. The owners were a pleasure to deal with, and the neighbors were very friendly. They provided just about all the amenities so we didn't have to go to the store for any paper products or bring towels, sheets, pillows, etc. The house is in a great location towards the end of the "busy" section of Commercial St. Great central location is walking distance to any attraction in town.

This was our first time in P-town. We saw many "touristy" things and would recommend visiting the Pilgrim Monument and Museum, visiting Herring Cove and Race Point beaches, participating in the colorful local nightlife, and going on a whale watch. If you're there for a week, renting a bike is definitely worth it, the bike trails were the highlight (and triumph) of our trip. It's also much easier to get around on foot or via bike, Commercial St. is very narrow and heavily populated.

Spent a wonderful week in Provincetown, and staying at this beautiful property made it all the better. The photographs of the property only tell half the story. The interior is beautifully decorated, very well maintained and has all the amenitites you would want. The location is excellent - on Commercial Street, near galleries, shops and restaurants.

The owners, Peter and Dennis were a pleasure to do business with, and were extremely helpful at ensuring we had a good stay. They were in particular very accommodating with regards to payment for the property, which could have been an obstacle as we were coming from overseas. In addition, the owners of the neighbouring properties were very welcoming and helpful during our stay.

We had a wonderful time in Provincetown, a wonderful stay at this property, and we cannot recommend this property enough to others.
