We are in the heart of downtown Rockport You can walk to the Opera House, restaurants, Maine Media College and Workshops, The Bay Chamber Concerts, Center for Maine Contemporary Arts, galleries, YMCA, library, post office, shops and harbor with beach. There is a magical walk along the sea to Camden, with the ocean crashing on rocks. It is also a lovely 1.5 mile walk directly to Camden.

The layout of the house is very comfortable. The fourth floor is majestic, with huge windows all around, an open loft-like flowing floor plan, a sunny cupola, cherry floors and gorgeous furniture.
