Located in a secluded part of beautiful Mt Martha is this contemporary property set on 5 acres, close to the Mornington Racecourse and “The Briars” Park where you can get away from it all, whilst enjoying family time and some rest and relaxation.

The property has been architecturally designed and owner built with space and open plan living as the main priorities.

The single level home consists of four large bedrooms plus study (or 5th bedroom), all with BIR’s and quality carpet. The main bedroom is superb with a tiled ensuite with double vanity, shower, toilet and opulent spa bath.

The heart of the home is the huge open plan, sun drenched living area with heat and glo gas heater, wall mounted LCD TV, DVD and a family orientated 10 seater dining setting, with additional seating in front of the TV and at the island bench.

Exterior doors lead to a magnificent, totally fenced sparkling in-ground pool that is both solar heated and salt chlorinated, where you can spend your days lazing around the timber deck or barbecuing and sitting around the 10 seater outdoor table.

There is also has a large rumpus room with a Plasma TV, Play Station 3 (plays Blu-ray DVD's) and WII, a perfect area for the kids to relax and play.

Other features include polished boards, ceiling fans, split system air-conditioning, high ceilings, double remote garage, enormous laundry with washing machine, dryer and ironing board and a Clipsal CBUS system that operates everything from the interior and exterior lights to the top windows that can be automatically contolled.

Only a short 5 minute drive to some of Mt Martha’s finest beaches and Main Street in Mornington this lovely home is the perfect setting for your next family holiday.
