Description of the Champions Gate vacation villa rental
This is a Luxury spacious five bedroom villa on Bridgewater Crossing, close to Champions Gate. The Villa is South facing and backs onto conservation area. It is on the doorstep of Disney and is ideal for shopping and restaurants on the 192. The villa is furnished to a very high standard and has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, with a separate WC and walk in shower, the second bedroom is queen sized, the third bedroom has twin beds, the fourth bedroom has twin beds, and the 5th has large bunk beds. The kitchen is well equipped and has a separate dining area. There is also a utility room which houses the washer and drier. The property has a double garage. The outside decked area is part covered and is probably one of the largest outside covered areas that you are likely to see. The villa has an excellent Property Management Company who will offer help and advice on all that there is to see and do, should this be your first visit.

The villa is located approximately 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, and is approximately 10-15 minutes from Disney on the 192. The screened pool is South facing and is not overlooked. Many of the main attractions including Disney, Sea World and Universal, are all within easy reach. For those who enjoy retail therapy there are several large shopping malls close by and many restaurants. Kennedy Space Centre and various beaches are an easy drive. There are also several Championship Golf Courses close by.

- A booking deposit of £100.00 per week is required to reserve the property. Payment of the full rental charge is required no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival. For bookings made within the 8 week of arrval date, payment in full is required. A booking form with full details will be sent.

Inside the villa all the rooms have high ceilings and are individually decorated to a high standard. The villa is air conditioned and the pool can be heated upon request for an extra charge. The family room has cable television with DVD/CD player. To the front of the villa is formal lounge and dining area.
