This lovely 2 story 4 bdrm. home on 5 acres in gated Pepeekeo Point Subdivision. is within walking distance to the ocean. Not only are there beautiful ocean views, but you can fish from the ocean bluffs, sit and watch the waves pound against the shoreline and there is also access to the ocean and a fresh water pond for swimming. Granite counters and ceramic floors upstairs, downstairs counters are marble and floors are cut concrete that look like terrazo. There are walls of windows that give the home an open and spacious feeling. Walls and ceilings are insulated. Enclosed soffits, hardy plank exterior, painted and cut concrete driveway, gated and fenced, electric gate opener, low voltage lights along the driveway entry, and planted with many varieties of palms and flowering bushes. This property also has durian, jack fruit, bananas, pineapple and soursop.
