3 bedrooms, 2 to 7 persons

When we are on holiday we want all the comfort and affordability in our accommodation. We want to return, after a day of adventures and new experiences, and park our car at your convenience. The house allows us to arrive, open the gates of the property, and simply stop the car right in front of the house.

At the end of the day, sometimes we feel like getting along with our fellow prepare a barbecue dinner in the garden, and sometimes we want to know the restaurants nearby. Whichever option: the location of the house is ideal.

Casas da Faja are located in the village of Faja de Baixo, known for the cultivation of pineapple in glasshouses.

Being very close to Ponta Delgada you can benefit from its main attractions: the beautiful architecture of its buildings, religious, political and cultural maritime activities (pools of sea water, sport fishing and whale watching dolphins and diving).

For those who like a good location (2 km from the center of Ponta Delgada, with excellent access to the whole island) and a calm environment without the hassle of the city center.

Nosotros estuvimos 10 dia en setiembre. La situación de la casa es estrategica. Nos permitió visitar la isla se S. Miguel tranquilamente. Teniamos todos los servicios a 10 minutos de la casa y las instalaciones de la casa eran perfectas; nueva y bien equipada. Pasamos unas vacaciones estupendas y ya la he recomandado a mis amigos.

Férias com prazer

férias com prazer, casa acolhedora, com sossego e boa vista e boa vizinhança, é tudo o que podemos querer para fugir do stress continental. Em relação à ilha, para quem já vai ha seis anos passar férias aos açores é um consolo sempre que vamos para S. Miguel.
