This stunning and ultra modern holiday home has been lovingly and architecturally designed to create comfort for any holiday maker. It is a modern treehouse surrounded by bush setting with awesome views of the Gold Coast from Currumbin to Surfers.
It was the winner of the BEST HOUSE 2006 South East Qld Regional Award by the Royal Australian Institute of Architects.
The top level is the entry via timber balcony to the modern and well equipped kitchen, dining and lounge areas with glass doors opening on to a balcony on two sides with spectacular views. Lounge is beautifully furnished and includes a flat screen TV and surround sound system. This level also has a powder room & is air conditioned. (if doors are kept closed this air conditioner will cool all three levels of house).
The 2nd level (downstairs) has a Master bedroom with queen bed, walk in robe and ensuite bathroom including shower and spa bath which boasts north-east view to the ocean, ceiling fan and screened/glass doors leading to balcony with views. 2nd bedroom has a single bed with trundle, built in robes and ceiling fan and screened/glass doors to balcony. 3rd bedroom has a double bed, built in robes and ceiling fan and also has screened/glass doors that lead to the balcony. Also on this level is the 2nd bathroom with shower and toilet.
The 3rd (lowest) level has the rumpus room; a 2nd living area with T.V, DVD and double & single sofa beds. Also has balcony with view and bathroom with toilet and shower, plus laundry with washing machine/dryer and clothes line.
Beach access to Currumbin Alley and Beach can be gained from all levels via stairs and pathway.
Currumbin Sanctuary:-: It is also the home of the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary where hundreds of native Australian animals live in their natural rainforest environment and offers the opportunity to view these creatures in their natural environment. Across the road is SurfWorld Gold Coast, Queensland's only surfing museum dedicated to the history of the sport.
