The Fox Paw Lodge is a brand new property just opening Novemeber 2012 in the exclusive Timber Trail Subdivision - Peak 8. It has fantastic access to the slopes, lots of space both indoors and out, and is even handicap accessible. In addition this home has a membership to One Ski Hill Place so.... you have access to their swimming pool, private free shuttle, bowling alley, media rooms, restaurant, and apres ski bar.
When you enter the home on the main floor you are greeted by a gleaming new home with lots of floor to ceiling windows and everything you would hope for in a rental home. This floor has vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, living room, expansive decks, and outdoor fireplace, outdoor barbeque grill, full kitchen, dining room, and laundry facilities. This floor is completely handicap accessible and offers a bedroom with a king bed and handicap accessible bathroom.
Up one level is a small loft/office area with a fold out futon for one person. This is also where the luxurious master suite is located with a king bed, private bath with steam shower and separate tub, vaulted ceilings, a private balcony, fireplace, and tv.
Downstairs from the main level you encounter a den/recreation room that is a great place to relax after a day enjoying the outdoors. There is a den area with wet bar and TV with XBox 360, a pool table, and fireplace. There is also two bedrooms on this level. One bedroom has a queen bed with private bath and tv. The other bedroom is a bunk room with a bath in the hall. The bunk room has two sets of twin bunks which can sleep 4 people. There is also a TV in this room. Lastly in the downstairs area is a ski room, and access to an outdoor fire pit and outdoor hot tub.
Ski access is by two methods. 1. Walking about 100 yards to the neighborhood ski access which puts you out on Trygve's Terrain Park run. This is a green run just above the base of Peak 8 and the ski school at Peak 8. This is great access and we have seen people of all ages using this access as it is a mostly flat walk. No matter what this is the easiest access to use in the afternoon skiing back in. The next access 2. is by skiing out the downstairs ski room, skiing/walking across the road, and that will put you out on 4 O'Clock Run - another green run.

This property can accommodate a maximum of 8 adults, or 13 total with children.
The minimum age limit to rent is 30.
Guests under the age of 30 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
This property can accommodate a maximum of 4 vehicles.
4x4 is highly recommended during any date that snow may occur.

Minimum night stay requirements do apply, and for dates that allow less than a 5 night minimum stay there is a cleaning fee of $325 + tax that will be applied to your rental.
The refundable damage deposit is $1,250.00 and will be collected in advance.
