This home is in a central location on Route 28 within an easy walk to Downtown Dennisport, close to Belmont Road Beach (.9) and the bike trail. It is an easy walk to Friendly's, Noble House, Domino's Pizza, and a convenience store with great sandwiches after your swim at the beach or the built in pool. There is a big back yard for lawn games, badminton, etc. This home is great for a family. One Queen bedroom, a twin bedroom that can be converted to a king, and a big kids room that can sleep six. A/C units in 2 of the bedrooms, the dining area and the office. The house also houses a small caretaker's apartment and shares the property with an antique carriage house; the owner's small interior design business. Off Season Rates for $995 per week or $150 per night.
