The South Shore of Nova Scotia is a special place, and Sprucewood Cottage is centrally located to enjoy it all. This newly built waterfront home resides in the quiet and beautiful area known as Mader's Cove, just minutes from the town of Lunenburg and Mahone Bay.

Sprucewood Cottage features a spacious open concept living dining room area with a fully equipped kitchen and tall cathedral ceilings. One of the large bedrooms and bath, are handicapped accessible from the first floor. Upstairs is the master bedroom and second bedroom with twin beds. Both rooms upstairs have French doors that open onto private decks. This beautifully decorated home features top-of-the-line furnishings and linens, three decks, and Mader's Cove waterfront at your front door.
