Photos and Description of the Ayia Napa vacation villa rental A self-catering rental, fully air-conditioned, 200m to family friendly beach.

Fully equipped 3 bedroom villa in Agia Thekla. Beautiful residential area 5 mins outside Agia Napa with private pool and sea views. The kitchen, lounge, and dining area is open plan and is fully air-conditioned. A spare room downstairs contains pool accessories - loungers, lilos, games etc. There is also a downstairs shower room. Equipment includes television, DVD player, water machine, microwave, cooker, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher. Outside area contains a covered dining area with patio table and chairs, swimming pool, shower and stone barbeque. Upstairs the master (double) bedroom has an en suite shower room and large veranda with sea view. Two other double bedrooms lead onto a balcony overlooking the swimming pool, with great sea views and often beautiful views of the sun setting. Between them is a bathroom with bath and shower. All three bedrooms are air conditioned and heaters are provided for winter nights. All linen and towels are provided.

Agia Thekla lays 5 minutes drive along the coast from Agia Napa which has everything you'd expect of a popular resort including some of the best beaches on the island. For those wanting more of a taste of Cyprus 5 minutes in the other direction is the small fishing harbour of Potamos and inland is the village of Sotira with a couple of fine family-friendly traditional Cypriot restaurants - one with traditional music on selected days. The award winning Water World water park is only 2 mins drive away. The beautiful area of Cape Grecko is only 15 minutes away but by hiring a car you have access to the historical delights of such places as the Kourion or perhaps the cool mountain forests of the Troodos. Agia Thekla beach is just a short walk away and the shallow sheltered water is perfect for children. The flat area is also perfect for cycling and bikes can be hired locally.
