Bright and airy comfortable apartment with contemporary decor complimenting the classic interior architecture. Great living room with large windows looking out to sea. The apartment has cable TV, internet, DVD and stereo. There are two large bright and tranquil bedrooms each with a double bed and plenty of storage space. The kitchen is fully equipped, dishwasher and washing machine included. The location, comfort and quality of this apartment makes it a rarity. Just 200m from the NEGRESCO hotel - ideally situated on the Promenade Des Anglais. A few minutes away from the vibrant pedestrian district and several minutes walk to 'Vieux Nice' with its famous market, narrow streets filled with restaurants, bars and great little boutiques. The airport is only 10 minutes away with a local bus stop close by.

The apartment is brilliantly located just 200m from the famous Negresco hotel on the sun drenched Promenade Des Anglais. Super location for the February Mardi Gras festivals, close to the designer shops,the gastronomic French restaurants and the chic boutiques which line the narrow cobbled streets of the old town with the most amazing fish and flower market by night the bustling restaurants / bars and cafes open to the early hours. Nice is central for exploring the French Riviera, within easy access to places like Cannes, Monaco and Antibes, even Italy with it's Friday and Saturday markets are only an hour away. The Promenade des Anglais runs along the seafront between the airport and the Château on the hill, the beach lined with beautiful beach cafes by day & night. The apartment gives you easy access to all on the above.

My husband & I stayed at this apartment for ten days this past September and it was a perfect experience. We highly recommend this flat for your next holiday in Nice. The apartment was very cozy and well-equipped - the kitchen was great, we cooked several meals. It had everything you could need, and it was very clean and comfortable for us. Also, the property owner and caretakers were so very thoughtful and helpful to us. They provided quick responses when we had questions or concerns. This apartment is a WONDEFUL location in Nice --- the best! So near to everything and a beautiful, breathtaking view. The floor-to ceiling windows throughout the entire flat open to give you an amazing sights, sounds and smells of the unforgettable Cote d'Azur. You will enjoy every minute in Nice and at this lovely flat!
