Discover historic Eastham - a 1680 restored windmill, Native American relics, settler history, a whaling captain's grand home, local library (with WIFI internet access), and majestic lighthouses. Stop at the nearby visitors’ center for information on beaches and ponds, kayaking, whale-watching, wildlife preserves, and much more. Ride, walk, or jog the 22-mile Cape Cod bike trail (Dennis to Wellfleet) accessed only a quarter mile from our front door. Stroll Coast Guard Beach (rated one of the top 10 beaches in America in 2012 by Dr. Beach (http://drbeach.org/top10beaches.html)) or simply enjoy the breathtaking sunrise from Fort Hill and sunset from First Encounter Beach.
