This house is situated in Venta Lanuza on a small complex in a beautiful sandy cove beach setting over looking the Mediterranean. The balcony has a glorious sea view, ideal for you to while away the time with a glass of wine watching the ships and fishing boats sail past. A car isn't essential as transport is readily available with a state of the art tram system situated just yards from the house that will transport you on a scenic ride north to Benidorm or south to Alicante. Along the coast you will pass historic and interesting towns such as Villajoyosa and Cala Finestrat both of which have long sandy beaches. Our nearest town is El Campello, with its beautiful long promenade, large marina and safe sandy beaches. On the complex there is a large communal pool with adjoining children's pool. The house has private paved patio/patio furniture and delegated parking space. A beach bar is just a couple of minutes walking distance.

The Costa Blanca has been named as one of the healthiest places to live and rest assured you will love this area with its own beach and beautiful blue sea. The restaurants serve wonderful local fresh produce and the Spanish menu del dia (menu of the day) is excellent value. The area is ideally situated for touring. RENTAL RATE WILL BE REDUCED IF IT IS FOR JUST 2 PEOPLE.

Our best vacation !!

This is an excellent spot for a quiet and relaxing vacation. This gated community was quiet, safe and very clean. It had a very nice fresh water pool.

The house was clean, well furnished with all the extras to just unpack and begin relaxing. Everything was in good order and working properly. The shaded patio over looking the ocean was the highlight for my family of 5. We ate every meal on the patio and it was fantastic.

Another incredible extra was the electric tram outside the back gate of the complex. There is really no need to rent a car...this tram takes you everywhere you need to go. Just a few tram stops away is a hugh Carrefour very close to the tram stop....an easy walk even with groceries. The tram can also take you to dozens of different beaches and quaint villages. The beaches range from small rocky coves to beautiful white sand beaches 8 kms long. Alicante is a super medium size town for shopping, eating and sightseeing.

Another plus was dealing with the owner. She was very helpful, prompt and flexible in working with us.

I would definitely rent this place again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place on the Spanish coast.

A beautiful escape!

What a wonderful escape me and my family had here in the summer of 2014.

As stated in the overview, this lovely beach house boasts stunning sea views in a peaceful area.

The house is beautifully equipped. The living area offers a great kitchen space, with a dining table and a very comfortable lounge area that also offers a good TV and music system. With two toilets and the option of a bath or a shower in the main bathroom, this property is ideal for the smaller or family party. Both bedrooms were very comfortable and the view from both rooms is just beautiful.

The outdoor patio area is perfect for leisurely catching the sun or eating meals.

The beach is a stone throw away with a beach bar that provides a range of beverages, snacks and meals.

Most importantly, this getaway can be as quiet or as busy as you wish thanks to the tram line that stops 2 minutes from the house itself. This tram line offers a range of stops along the Costa Blanca from the likes of Benidorm to Alicante. If you wish to visit the Spanish life along the coast, there are many beautiful Spanish towns to explore such as El Campello and Vila Joiosa.

Correspondence with the owner Janet and guidance from 'Judy' (who lives on the site and provides you with the property keys on arrival) really was helpful from the beginning until the end of the booking.

We really hope to return again soon as this location really does offer so many choices! It really is a wonderful holiday property.

A beautiful house and location

This was an excellent property very clean well equipped perfect location for a quiet beach

5 minutes walk from house. The upstairs balcony was a perfect position to see the sea.

The house itself was very well maintained and very well equipped for a family.The local train was excellent and we went around the coast to different places. All in all a lovely location and an excellent property. I will be looking to book again next year. All of my family thoroughly enjoyed it very relaxing.

Lovely house, fabulous view, close to beach.

The house was absolutely fabulous, we had every creature comfort we needed and the beach equipment was great to have.

We used airport transfer recommended by owner...lovely guy even picked us up a few bits in the shop as we arrived quite late.

Location was great for beach & tram...

I would recommend this to anyone looking for a quite, relaxing holiday. Area itself is quite and a local shop is needed, however, closeness to tram station meant no car is required. (Note to anyone with kids...tram is free for kids under 10, we only found this out on our last day.)

Lovely small beach with little beach bar. No need to rent sun beds or parasols as everything was in the house.

Pool area & grounds were so well maintained. Kids had a ball here, very residential feel to the place and quite secure.

The owner Jan was lovely to deal with & ever so helpful.

I would definitely recommend this house if not use it again ourselves.

Absolutely fantastic

Every thing you want in a relaxing holiday. This was our first holiday self catering for five years and we couldn't of picked a better location and beach house all you ever could want. The house is well very well equipped from the kitchen to the lounge and very spacious. Two very good sized bedrooms and bathroom with a balcony off one of the bedrooms where we sat with a glass of wine chilling and looking at the fantastic sea view. It has a great patio area for eating outside which as a canopy if you wish to have some shade it was wonderful, also your own private garden which is a great sun trap for sunbathing. Plenty of quaint villages around and managed to visit different ones with the tram that is on the door step and very easy to use. We will certainly be going back thanks to Jan's helpfulness and hospitality. Jackie and Tracey

Very Relaxing and Enjoyable Holiday

We have recently returned from Venta Lanuza having holidayed there for one week. We stayed in this nicely furnished and well-kept two bedroom house with our two children. The house is one of a number of modern houses in a holiday complex with a swimming pool. The local beach is within view of the house and is a very short walk to reach. It is in a cove and is very good for swimming, with a lifeguard service and beach bar. The beach equipment readily available in the house, i.e. beach mats, chairs and sun umbrella were very useful to have.

The air conditioning in the house both upstairs and downstairs was very reliable. The house was very well equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils. The house was well kept and prepared for our arrival. The patio area was very relaxing, while the house is situated in a complex, it offered terrific privacy.

The location of the house is quite amenable to other villages and towns and it is not necessary to hire a car as there is a tram station just at the back of the house. The trams travel half hourly to each of the coastal towns and villages while the fare is very reasonable. They are very comfortable, modern, air conditioned and are most reliable in time schedule.

Our children greatly enjoyed the holiday and for them the nearness to the beach was a big factor. This holiday home met our needs and we were most satisfied with it, it was also very useful to have the washing machine in the utility room and another plus was having the downstairs toilet.

Jan, the owner was lovely to deal with and gave us a lot of local information and some very good tips on activities, restaurants and places to see. She gave us a contact number for a pick up and drop off driver service for the airport at an additional but reasonable cost. This was most convenient and helpful. The area was very safe and peaceful, we certainly had a very relaxing, enjoyable and refreshing holiday.

This holiday house in Venta Lanuza situated near a beautiful sandy cove. There is a lovely beach restaurant with a large terrace over looking the sea just a few minutes away. This house has lounge/diner, two bedrooms, 1 double, 2 single and an additional sofa bed situated in the lounge. Fully fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, hot/cold air conditioning, satellite TV with ENGLISH channels, DVD, CD player, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery and utensils.TRAVEL COT CAN BE PROVIDED. Towels and bed linen are all provided (except beach towels). There is a large awning fitted over patio doors so you can dine or relax in the shade. There are electric gates to the entry of the complex providing extra security. The area is ideally situated for touring as well as visiting the theme parks of Terra Mittica, Aqualandia and Mundomar.
