This home is nicely decorated and in a very private and secluded in upper Moonridge. The house is tucked down below the street and is completely surrounded by tall oak trees. This 1-story has a nicely equipped kitchen (dining table for 4), a tastefully decorated living room with a wood burning fireplace, satellite TV/DVD and a queen sofa bed. The 1st bedroom has 1 queen sized bed and TV/DVD. The 2nd bedroom has a full sized bunk set plus a twin bed. Plenty of wrap around decking to enjoy the oak treed views with a charcoal BBQ. There are 2 flights of stairs to get down to the property. Easy level parking pad (2 cars) at the street level. 900 sq ft. No smoking/ Good pets are welcome. Turnday: Any. Amenities: Pets Allowed, Pets Allowed, Fireplace, TV, DVD, Microwave & Coffee Pot, Single Story, Full Kitchen, Views, Charcoal BBQ.
