Imagine waking up to spectacular VIEWS of the lake, forest and ski slopes! From the Grand Loft, you can check on the skiing conditions during the winter and on the boating activities in the summer, without even getting out of bed. There are expansive views from nearly every window in this house. The unique floor plan offers 5 bedrooms and 5 baths, including three king size beds. Other sleeping accommodations include a futon bed in the Grand Loft and sofa sleeper in the Lower Level, for a total of 14 guests. The main level Master Bedroom is a corner room with two glass sliders. You’ll wake up to the sunrise and feel like you are in a tree house. Every bedroom has a glass slider opening to a private deck as well as attached bathrooms.

This very secluded, premier property is on 3/4 of an acre and has 3,500 square feet over three levels. The nearly 2,000 square feet of wrap-around decking will keep you torn between spending your time indoors or outdoors. Maybe you’d like to sleep under the stars or enjoy amazing sunsets over the lake as well as watch a fabulous fireworks display on the 4th of July? Don’t forget to sink into the huge 6-7 person luxury spa whether it’s day or night.

Other home features include a Grand Room with soaring 22 foot ceilings, a 55" HDTV, high speed internet, and fireplace; Lower Level Family/Game room with tournament size pool table, 36" HDTV, wet bar, and fireplace. Full kitchen with stove/oven, new stainless refrigerator and dishwasher, microwave. Dining table is perfect for large families and playing games.

Grand Loft has a king bed, full futon bed, wet bar, fax, private bath, and spectacular views of Bear Mountain ski slope and the lake.

Main Level Master has a king bed, private bath with whirlpool tub and glass shower, cable TV, walk-in closet, skylight, deck, and panoramic views.

Main Level Right bedroom has a queen log bed, cable TV, private half bath, deck, and wooded views.

Main Level Left bedroom has a queen bed, cable TV, private full bath, glass slider door, deck access and wooded views.

Lower Level bedroom has a king bed, cable TV, adjacent bath, deck, and wooded views. Family/Game room includes a queen sofa bed.
