Photos and Description of the Hampton Lakes vacation villa rental Luxury 5 Bedroom villa, sleeps 12,only 15 mins from Walt Disney World

The house/villa has 5 large bedrooms and 3 and half bathrooms, sleeps up to 12 people and boasts 2 master suites with kingsize beds and ensuites that inc bath and shower. Furthermore there are 2 large twin bedrooms, a childrens bedroom with 2 sets of bunkbeds, large family bathroom, and downstairs WC. All bedrooms have a TV and DVD player. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and fridge/freezer, and laundry room with washer and dryer. Outside there is a covered lanai for shade and dining, a heated pool with chairs and sunloungers, and a child safety fence for peace of mind.The community of Hampton Lakes includes tennis courts, volleyball court, large community pool and kids play areas which our guests can use FOC. The house gives easy access to Disney World,SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Wet n Wild, Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Centre and the beaches of Clearwater to the west and Daytona to the east. The area offers a good choice of restaurants, shops and golf courses.

Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful villa. The villa itself very very clean with all creature comforts and was large enough for 2 families to stay in very confortably. Would definately reccomend. it to a friend.
