One of Big Bear’s finest and luxurious homes!! Enjoy amazing sunsets over the lake, sleep under the stars, and take in the fabulous fireworks display on the 4th of July!

Spectacular panoramic views of the lake, Big Bear Lake Village and the National Forest. Centrally located, walking distance to the village and the lake, but just minutes by car to the ski slopes. The large great room / living room with high cathedral ceilings and windows bring you the breathtaking views that give this home the name Lakeview Manor. The home is professionally decorated to make you feel warm and welcome. It is furnished with comfortable couches, a large screen TV in the great room with 108 channels, stereo, wi/fi high speed internet access, wood burning fireplace and a pool table. The gourmet kitchen with lovely granite countertops is fully equipped with everything you could need for cooking a meal. Eating area seats 12, including a beautiful dining area or eat at the huge dining bar area. The master bedroom is on the main level and has a new Cal king sized bed, and it's own fireplace, TV/DVD, full Mr. and Mrs. bath and large Jacuzzi tub and a with lake view. The other three bedrooms are on the lower floor with more windows and decks to see the views. The second master bedroom has a queen size bed, TV/DVD, a full bath and outdoor deck, the third bedroom has one full and one twin bed, TV/DVD and a 3/4 bath shared with the fourth bedroom which has two twin beds, a double bed and its own TV/DVD. There are also two twin rollaway beds in the hallway closet for your use. There is a wrap around deck to enjoy the views, cook on the charcoal BBQ or relax and enjoy the sunset or sunrise. Parking for 7 cars including a 3 car enclosed attached garage, RV or boat parking. You will feel comfortable, relaxed, and welcome and will want to come back to the Lakeview Estate again and again!! This home is pet free and smoke free. 3500 sq. ft.
