Situated in one of the most beautiful resorts of the East coast of Majorca, Font de Sa Cala is 3 km. away from the well known tourist centre Cala Ratjada. This 2 bedroom town house is suitable for max 4 persons and is set in a small, private complex with a shared swimming pool. Floor space approx. 90qm and approx. 45qm terraces. The Ground floor has an open plan kitchen and living area, which leads to a secluded terrace for outside living. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a utility area with storage, washing machine, dryer and dish washer. There is air conditioning and central heating throughout the house. On the 1st floor there are 2 (double/twin) bedrooms and each has its own bathroom. Terrace 2 leads from the front bedroom and there is a roof terrace with beautiful views of the sea and rolling hills. It also has an outside shower and sunbathing facilities. It is less than 5 minutes walk to the beautiful beach and the restaurants, bars and shops.

Font de sa Cala is situated at one of the most beautiful areas of the east coast of Majorca. Palma Airport is 80km. Font de Sa Cala is a friendly resort, with excellent restaurants, bars and some shops to meet most needs. The beach bar serves drinks and snacks all day, and the sailing, wind surfing & banana boat facilities are open in season. The historical towns of Capdepera and Arta both have walled castles, and many sites of interest. 3km away is Cala Rajada, a lovely harbour town, with a wide range of bars & restaurants. Enjoy local activities such as tennis, diving, golf, horse riding and many glorious white sandy beaches.

We spent two wonderful weeks again in this excellent house.
The property was clean and well maintained and verry good equipped. The pool was also verry clean and realy quite.We had breakfast and diner on the balconies.
The complex is small and well maintained. It was cleaned daly
Shops and restaurants are in walking distance. Cala Radjada was verry buisy and it was alwaye a pleasure to come back to this quite property.
We realy recommend this wonderful property.

our holiday-home was more beautiful as we imagined this.
The accomodation was very nice and practise. There is
a great pool outside and the estate is very spruce.
We liked to be there very much and enjoyed our holiday
especially. We´ll come there next year again.

The description completely matches the advert although it doesnt really as it has a lovely feel when you walk in. The rooms are spacious and there are two balconies one of which feels like you could be in Kew gardens and the other outside the main bedroom is lovely. The property was really clean and outside the complex is really well maintained and cleaned daily and has a wonderful array of plants that are watered daily.
It is a five minute walk to the beach. Would recommend the Beach Club for lunch and Tonly's bar for atmosphere and food at night although mosquito spray is a must. Would recommend this house to all.

Have just returned from spending a few days at this wonderful resort. The property was clean and well maintained and superbly equipped. The pool was clean and at that time extremely quiet, in fact we were the only ones using it. The complex is small, well looked after and very peaceful. Spent time walking around the beautiful coastline and enjoying the unspoiled views of the island. Walked into the town of Cala Ratjada via a newly constructed beach path and enjoyed the atmosphere of the harbour with its many and varied, cafes and restaurants. Would recommend this property without any hesitation.
