Our Week in Paradise!

Our third trip to Sanibel Island was better than our first. The location of Pointe Santo de Sanibel is the best. From the manicured lawns to the Beachfront views, this property is the place to stay.
"Simply Sanibel" home away from home condo is the most relaxing place to stay. The million dollar view from the Lanai, the upgrades in the condo to the friendliness of the owners, these are the reason we return. There is everything we need in the condo, especially the space. The Girls enjoy their own room and bathroom, and we enjoy the large bedroom with beach views for us.The sound of the waves crashing on the shore while you lie in bed is so relaxing. The kitchen is complete with all appliances needed, coffee maker and Blender too. It feels better than home, it is very relaxing!!!!
Our family of 4 enjoy the biking paths, the wildlife refuge, the Lighthouse and Pier. We always find new and exciting things to do on the island and visit a few favorites each time.
On this trip, we visited with friends staying on the island as well. We all wish we could return once we come home. Our friends recommended the island to us and we always recommend the island to others. We have enjoyed talking about Pointe Santo and hope to return soon.
Thank you again for allowing us to enjoy your little piece of paradise and look forward to visiting again.

Pointe Santo de Sanibel C-36

This is our 4th time staying at this complex and the 3rd time at C36. This complex has one of the best layouts on Sanibel Island. There are no bad ocean views due to the horse shoe layout of the five buildings.. It has the best beach access on Sanibel. There are good kids' programs here. C36 condo is well equipped and is very well maintained and updated.

The Island land is 65% wild life sanctuaries, and has some of the best shelling in the world.
We ate out, as well as ate in and BBQ'd on one of the many gas BBQ's avail at this complex.
There are over 40 restaurants on the Island, all but one are locally owned. Both the variety and quality of food is excellent and ranges from quick meals to fine dining. Many kids' menus offered, in line with healthy choices. - u can eat in or eat out.

Very easy pace, no street lights (very little light pollution at night), no traffic lights, entire Island is filled with walking/cycling paths. The weather in November is fantastic - 65-70 night, 80-90 day, rain one night only. U'd think u were on an island much further South with its laid back lifestyle. Great grocery stores and clothing stores. Mainland shopping (clothes), 45 minutes

We are coming back in March, and plan to make this a yearly destination (two adults, one 6 year old)
40-45 minutes from Fort Myers airport. Great for a laid back holiday for both parent and kids

We were very hesitant to book a trip through VRBO as all our past vacations had been booked through a travel agent. A friend had been telling me about VRBO for a year. The site was user friendly and we were fortunate enough to locate this particular condo at Pointe Santo. Pointe Santo is 30 minutes from Fort Meyers. The management company was less then 1 mile from the condo and they made the process easy, as checking in and only took less then 3 minutes.The condo and complex was amazing. The condo its self was beautiful, spotless and fully stocked. You had ocean views from every room except the guest room. You are steps from the Gulf and pool. Designated parking was provided and it was directly in front of the room. To simply sum it up all you need to bring is sunscreen. The owner, Sharon was so helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The only concern was trying not to run over turtles in the parking lot. We made life long memories with our family and will be back next year. This is a must book. Thanks for everything Sharon.

Fantastic Unit - Great Summer Vacation Spot

We had a wonderful vacation in your beautifully decorated and comfortable condo. Everything needed for a relaxing beach getaway can be found here. This condo is just as beautiful as the pictures! It was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the beach - great beach chairs, nets to hold seashells and an umbrella. Furthermore we enjoyed perfect weather, gorgeous ocean front view, fully functional kitchen and local restaurants and activities close by. Last but not least Shells Galore! Our children ages 4 and 6 spent most of their time looking for shells. The unit, the staff, the heated pool, the well kept grounds were all great. It was a truly relaxing vacation. Thank you for the stay in your beautiful condo!

Can't wait to go back!

My husband and I recently stayed at this property with our two young children. The condo is spacious, very clean and has all the amentities of home. The views are spectacular and there is so much to do. We spent time at the beach and at the pool and the kids LOVED it! It was a great mix of people too, young and old. Not to mention the fact that we saw the resident alligator in the pond, which our 4 yr. old thought was the coolest thing ever, cow-nosed rays and dolphins in the ocean, and a bunch of different birds. We are already looking forward to going back next year!
