Our unit, a one bedroom condo, has all the expected comforts with beautiful marble floors. The bedroom has a king size bed and theres a sleeper couch in the living room. There is a dining area that seats 4 and a well equipped kitchen. The apartment also has 2 flat screen TV's with cable, internet access, IPod docking station. You can enjoy the beaches and the famous South Beach night life from this convenient location!

Rented this property for my daughter and niece for the weekend. They absolutely loved it!!!! Very clean and well equipped and immaculately kept. The owner Karl is very professional. Responds to e-mails, texts, and phone calls promptly. The girls had a great time at the beach and the restaurants near by. Quiet area of Collins but still close to beautiful south beach. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect little getaway weekend in South Beach. This is at the quiet end of Collins Ave. nicely tucked away from all the craziness of Ocean Drive. There is a Starbucks rights around the corner. Walking distance from great shopping and food. I would totally stay here again. The owner is super professional and provides clear and consistent communication. Super clean and comfortable. No complaints... Can't wait to go back.
