As part of the Trout Hills Condominiums nestled next a winding lake, Unit #721 is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms condo,

offering state of the art amenities, the finest of furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, microwave, full size fridge, oven, stove and ice maker), wireless internet access, digital music system, cable/satellite television, gas fireplace, dining room, keyless entry, private garage and an outdoor balcony with ceiling fan overlooking the lake.

Both bedrooms feature queen sized beds, walk-in closets, ceiling fans, and on-suite bathrooms. The unit is located one floor above our main level.

Rents nightly from $149 (Off Season) - $179 (In Season). Prices do not include cleaning fee ($50) and occupancy taxes (16.75%).

Long Branch Lakes and Trout Hill Condos are true gems in an incredible setting. We could not believe how well appointed our condo was. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and hope to come back soon. What a treat!

Thanksgiving

This review is a little late but it is so memorable because it was the first time in 30 years that the whole family was together under one roof for a holiday. What a time we had together. Of course we were indifferent Condos but still under the same roof. We all cooked our own favorite dishes in our own condo and then went to our condo to eat together. What fun we had laughing, reminiscing and spoiling grandchildren. It is one Thanksgiving I will always remember, since I am the Mom and we know how important family and holidays are to us. Thanks to Trouthill Condos for coordianating this for us. It was a great and happy exprience.

Our fourth trip

What a trip, caught lots of fish. My husband caught a bass of his life time. An eight pound bass, which he turned back but what a catch. As usual everything at the condo is a reason to return as soon as we can. We are going back in a couple of weeks for our anniversary. We are hooked. We love the peace and quiet, General Store is so friendly and the food is great and really reasonably priced. We love it here, sleeping is great, can't say enough about the quality and the feeling you have there, things are so clean and comfortable. We will be back soon.

Great family getaway!

We had a fantastic weekend at Trout Hill. There is so much to do, whether you like fishing, swimming, basketball, horseback riding, tennis, etc., you will have a great time . The condos are so modern and comfortable that we also really enjoyed just staying in, playing board games and hanging out. Side note: the lakes are so blue, my kids said they looked like Powerade. :) Thanks for having us. We will be back.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
