The home is set up to handle two small families vacationing together, or one larger family. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and equipment so you can save money by cooking and eating in. The living room features a large sectional sofa, perfect for lounging and conversing. At one end of the living room is an office nook, just waiting for your laptop computer or other WIFI-ready devices.

There are three bedrooms. Two have queen beds and the third offers two sets of twin bunk beds, each with a trundle underneath. This means you can easily sleep six kids (warning: this may lead to lots of late night giggling amongst cousins and friends). The bathroom offers a tub and shower combination with on-demand limitless hot water.

I recently stayed at this property with family and friends over the New Years holiday. It was great! The inside is completly redone and looks new. It was very cozy and there was plenty of supplies left in the cabinets along with all nessessary bath supplies which most rental houses I've stayed at don't have. The driveway was shoveled when we arived and the house was close to a lot of the area attractions. There was a great breakfast place in Bath called Mae's, I would totally reccomend it! Good price, Nice house, I would definitely stay here again.

The home was perfect for our family of 5 returning to Maine after moving to Ohio. The owners were very accommodating and responsive. All reviews and decriptions are spot on and say it all, very nice. Really worked out great for us as a home base to venture out or to stay put and relax. We definately look to rent again on our next trip back! Thank you

Wonderful Vacation Property

The owners have thought of everything you might need, right down to the band-aids...The house is renovated beautifully and the pictures do not show how truly well done it is! Also the beds were soooo comfortable (I had the best sleep ever on a vacation!) The location is great and everything we did was all within an hour or so. We visited beaches, lighthouses, LL Bean in Freeport, beautiful rocky coastline, took a puffin boat tour, ate lobster at Shaw's Wharf (in New Harbor) and saw comedian Bob Marley in Rockland. At the house we grilled out, had a fire in the backyard fire pit and walked to Dairy Queen for ice cream. We highly recommend this property to everyone. Wendy and Willard were wonderful to work with and they have put together a book to help you make the most of your stay. Thank you so much for making our vacation as wonderful as it was!!!!

lovely home

This was a lovely rental! It was close to activities me did! Everything was provided that we needed. It was nice knowing we didn't need to pack supplies for the 16 hr drive there!

The kids loved the house and was ready to move! We all enjoyed watching the train go bye.
We went to some near by restaurants and activities including popham beach, maritime museum, Bailey island, cooks lobster house, five islands lobster company Mae's cafe,took the train to rockland to lighthouse museum., and pemaquid point lighthouse!
Thank you so much for the opportunity. We will definately be back!

Perfect vacation rental, perfect for families!

Our family of four stayed here for a week over April vacation. We have two young children, ages 3 and 5 and can honestly say that it was one of our best vacations ever! The owner, Wendy, is very nice and full of great information about the area and was available anytime. The house is immaculate, and the photos don't do the home justice. Everything was like new and it really had a nice homey feeling to it. It is well appointed and very well decorated. The neighbors were so friendly and our boys made many new friends, they didn't want to leave! It is a great centrally located place and we would without a doubt want to stay here again. I would recommend staying here to anyone who is looking for a great vacation spot. The house was great, thank you!
