The owner was very helpful. He made the transaction stress free. The house is in a great location.
The house was not cleanned before we check in. Kitchen and BBQ were filthy. The counter top was full of greasy and utensils were full of grease inside drawers. The George Foreman grills were put inside the cabinet still full of food from previous used. The toaster and microwave were full of crumbs and the big oven was beyond dirty. The dishwasher had some dirty plates inside. I am sorry house was not as good experience as dealing with owner.
Owner's Response: I'm sorry this guest felt the house was not up to her standards, however, I appreciate her positive comments regarding her dealings with me and the convenient location of the house.
Although, I was surprised to recieve this feedback since I have always had such positive comments on the cleanliness of the house, I take all feedback seriously. As a result, I have redoubled my efforts to be in contact with my renters, making sure that all is to their liking. I always try to make it clear to my guests that if something is not to your satisfaction, they should feel welcome to contact me for an immediate resolution. My primary goal is to ensure that you have a wondeful experience for the duration of your stay.
