This completely renovated property is located in a gated community with a pool and hot tub. Our home is fully furnished with stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, grill, patio set, and flat screen T.V.'s in every room with cable connection. This Arizona get away is centrally located in the Northwest Valley close to a variety of sporting events, shopping, golfing, hiking, water parks, restaurants, and a park and ride station.

Great location for a family vacation!

The best feature for me was this home's ranch-style layout, which suited our multi-generational family over the Christmas holiday. There was ample living and eating space for our large family gatherings and we very much enjoyed being together in this beautiful home. The house was clean upon our arrival and the modern decor was very inviting. We enjoyed having nice televisions in each room and the wireless internet access was handy to have. Our family will definitely be back in the near future!

PERFECT!!!

This was a gorgeous house . The kitchen was large and a joy to cook in and furnished with anything you would need. The master bedroom and bath were also large. All the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the private patio in the backyard. The home is located in a quiet gated community that was very nice. The community pool and hot tub were well maintained. A grocery store is less than 5 min. away. Within 10 min. or so were malls, restaurants, movie theatre, beauty salon and spa, golf, water park, and several other things. Wonderful in every way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everything about the house was perfect! The house is furnished with everything you could possibly need or was amazingwant. It to us how close it was to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, movie theatre, and other places that were helpful. My wife was thrilled to find a beauty salon less than five min. away. We also found it very convenient to be able to refill our medicine at the nearby Wal-mart and Walgreens. The house is located in a quiet gated community with easy access to everything. Being on one level was fabulous. The covered patio was very private and enjoyable. We will definitely return! George B.

My family stayed in this house in late 2011; everything was as promised and the place was immaculate! The TV's in the bedrooms were a nice touch for our two kids!

The house was very clean and well equipped. One level made it easy to get around. There was tons of stuff to do within minutes of the home. You can tell the house was just redone! Everything was brand new and modern. Community pool and hot tub was excellent. Clean and fun! Thanks again Jennifer!!! Can't wait til next year!
