This cozy cottage home is the perfect location to enjoy this tropical paradise, with the ocean, watersports, beaching and a multitude of restaurants, shopping and more nearby. Make the very short trip to all the activities and cuisine of all kinds, from burgers, to Jamaican; Cuban to Indian: And many more. Most everything is within 3 miles.

Or.....stay ''home'', and start or end your day in the private hot tub, on the absolutely private large patio, or grilling steak or fresh fish on the combination gas/ charcoal-smoker grill. A native-plant garden is right there, where you can view plants native to the area.....a ''serenity garden''. Butterflies, local birds and hummingbirds play at the bird feeder and bird bath. Front yard is a ''certified wildlife habitat''. A light prevailing SE breeze off the ocean caresses your skin.

If you appreciate green, a water barrel catches the soft, clear rain water; A composter is round back for your food waste; And a clothes line waits for your freshly washed laundry.

Inside the well-insulated home, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen w/ ice maker, air conditioning (rarely needed), DirecTV, XM Radio, blue ray DVD player, CD player (speakers on the patio), a pillow-top queen size bed and queen hide-a-bed with luxurious linens, bathroom w/ shower. The name definitely fits the place. My husband and I really enjoyed staying at the Cozy Cottage. The owner was really nice, and the property was just comfortable, the owner thought of everything to provide to make anyone feels just like you were at your own home. Really enjoyed it!!!

The cottage is as advertised and very clean and well maintained. The TV was out when we arrived and the owner had the repair man out the next morning. We would have preferred a pool to the hot tub, but that would have taken up the whole backyard which is one of the high points of the property as is. You can sleep 4 comfortably which makes it a great bargain at the price.

A shopping center, grocery, Wal-Mart, and most of the popular fast food and sit down restaurants are conveniently close by plus several local favorites.

Beaches are just a short drive away although cost $10/parking, but free beaches can be found a little further south. We enjoyed several walking trails close by.

The time I spent in this charming cottage was serene, tranquil, private, delicious and exciting.

The cottage itself is squeeky clean, well maintained and quiet. There was no mold, mildew, dirt, bugs or nastiness to be found. Amenities are generous and of high quality. The yard is a nature lover's, as well as a lover's paradise.

The owner is very personable, helpful and knowledgeable.

The restaurants are plentiful, quite varied and reasonably priced.

The beaches are glorious.

Our stay at this Cozy Cottage was terrific! The house is compact, but you won't believe the amenities!! Everything as the ad sys. The patio area is PRIVATE, and absolutely delightful. State of the art hot tub, fabulous gas grill, and the garden....wow! The owner was as helpful as one would wish. Provided a complete library of the area's many attractions; From an Everglades tour to the best "bang for the buck" restaurants. Most accommodations in the area are quite a bit farther from the ocean, or much more expensive. Talk about "bang for the buck", this is it!
