  • All costs are included in the tarrif (check-in, weekly house keeping, recovery of keys at departure). A valet parking service is available for $ 50 a month (due the 1st of each month). We can not confirm your dates before receiving the deposit.

    The deposit of $ 500 is valid for stays from 1 to 2 weeks. A deposit of $ 1,000 is required for any stay longer. A deposit of $ 300 is required for access to bicycles.

    We accept bank transfers (in Euros, on account in France), payment in cash (in U.S. $ on arrival) and PayPal (up to $ 1,000).
  • Non-contractual booking deposit: 25% rent
