Westerly aspect with beautiful sunsets and stunning views across the lake, which is inhabited by many different bird and duck species. The development has its own communal park, with a tennis court and walks around the large natural lake. You can walk out to Restaurants, Bars and the Cinema on the Cortez road, and visit the shop to you drop 'De Soto Square' shopping mall, which is a five minute drive away. Anna Maria Island's beautiful golden sand beaches are just 7 minutes away. Clearwater and St Petersburg are reached by a spectacular drive across Tampa Bay's sunshine skyway and you can get to the central Florida theme parks within an hour and a half.

  • Prices are fully inclusive up to 8 occupants.
    For parties of 9-11 please add £50 per person per week.
    Please add £50 to the above rates for 1 week lets.
    We will at certain times of the year accept bookings of less than a week. To price,add £50 to the above rates,divide by 7 to obtain the daily rate and then multiple by the number of days you require. Finally add £90 to the total for the clean.
    A £350 Security deposit is taken against damage or breakages.
    Prices are reduced by 10% for lets exceeding 21 days.
  • Pool heating by electric heat pump costs £80 per week.(Recommended Mid October to Mid May)

Notes: The home unusually has 3 en-suite bathrooms, which makes it ideal for large parties of mixed sex and age groups There is a spacious family room with TV/Video,plus a separate lounge,both of which have two large sofas.The breakfast/dining area has a table and 6 chairs and the kitchen has all of the usual labour saving devices usually associated with a North American home,including a large refrigerator,with ice making compartment. The two master bedrooms both have queen size beds,en-suite bathrooms and have their own TV,s.The third bedroom has twin beds and it's own en-suite bathroom,which is shared by the fourth bedroom(twin beds). Bedroom five(twin beds) is off of the lounge and also has a TV.All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans for added comfort. The home has high speed broadband internet connection and renters can make free phone calls 24 hours a day to anywhere in North America.

Beaches: The closest white sand beaches are on Anna Maria Island,just a 7 minute drive away

Other Activities: Situated within walking distance of the Nick Bolletieri tennis academy

Clean, quiet, spacious, well-equiped. We enjoyed the house very much. Well located between Tampa and Sarasota. Great neighborhood to walk, ride bikes, enjoy the lanai. Close to many restuarants and a short drive to nice beaches. The pool was warm and clean -- we only wish it were a bit bigger. We would stay again.
