Managed by Bannisters Point Lodge to a 4.5 Star standard there are only 4 serviced apartments within this 200 year old sandstone building. Originally the site of the heritage listed Shipwright Arms Hotel, a recent full refurbishment now sees the interiors fitted out in designer style and comfort. The perfect serviced apartments for your stay in Sydney, whether for a holiday or corporate travel.

The Shipwright Suite is a sensational apartment is the equivalent of a penthouse in size. Situated on the top floor the Shipwright Suite enjoys stunning views of Sydney Harbour, Harbour Bridge and the picturesque local ferry wharf. The apartment also has an adjacent balcony, which is perfect for watching the boats go by. Your gourmet kitchen lies under an exposed beam ceiling, where you can enjoy a snack at the breakfast island. An open plan living/ dining area provides a sweeping view of Sydney harbour and also overlooks peaceful Thornton Park. It has one bedroom that overlooks the park and a separate bathroom with a bath and shower.

  • $200 Cleaning bond is refundable after departure should there be no need to cover incidental items such as (but not limited to):
    •Any breakages or damage incurred during your stay.
    •Any excessive cleaning charges, above the normal level of cleaning due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state or additional servicing / cleaning charges.

Regular cleaning can be scheduled either twice weekly or weekly.

Several power outlets for charging your electronics. Spacious wardrobe, ideal for long stays. Windows fitted with blockout blinds. Rollaway bed and linens available at $30 per night, to be placed in living area. Portable cot available at $30 per night, can be placed in either of the two bedrooms, but linen not provided except for bedsheet.
