This property is located in one of the best areas in Miami Beach. You are nearby all the restaurants, shopping, and nightlife that Miami offers, without being in the middle of the craziness. You have 24 hours security and will be able to access the beach anytime of day or night.

This beach property has complete sheets, pillows, linens, full kitchen and utensils. There is a master bedroom upstairs, with a king size bed with a full private bathroom (including jacuzzi style bathtub w/out the bubbles and separate shower). Outside the bedroom there is a loft area with a big screen Sony TV and 2 red sleeper sofas. Downstairs bedroom has 2 twin size beds and regular Sony TV. The living room has 3 couches (sleeper sofas) and a large Sony TV. The place has 2 full bathrooms and one half bathroom. This property's size is perfect for a large group of friends or family.

There is a world famous Spa in the lower lobby to unwind and relax or get a massage. Newly remodeled oceanview balcony !!!

This is unlike any other vacation rental anywhere on Miami Beach. Our townhouse/condo is directly on the beach with ocean view. Very spacious 2 story unit. You can see the beautiful crystal clear, turquoise, warm waters which flow from the Caribbean, right from your living room!!! The American Riviera awaits you. The water ranges from 78 to 90 degrees all year round. Watch the waves crashing down right from your living room or balcony.

This is perfect for a large family or friends accommodating up to 8, or a getaway for two. You’ll think the sunrise from your condo townhouse was borrowed from a postcard. Spa packages are available with the townhouse rental. Guests will receive two complimentary all day spa passes for the group and unlimited half-price entrance to the world famous Russian and Turkish Baths spa (celebrities and pro athletes visit on occasion, valued at $30 each), which is located in the lower lobby.

Getaway For 6 Girls From Toledo Ohio!!!

We were all very very satisfied with this condo. It was very clean, safe, comfortable, and convenient to the Spa, pool, beach, shops, restaurants and South Beach. There was way plenty of space for us! We so enjoyed the balcony with the awsome view! The owner was wonderful on making this year of planning we did go smoothly and rememberable. The Valet Parking was very good. The Spa was a blast and a must do!! We plan on coming back there when we vacation in Miami!! On our last day we hated leaving there, it felt so much like home. Im so glad we found this one, it was a awsome way to start our cruise.

el apartamento esta ubicado en un lugar excepcional, sobre la playa, muy amplio, iluminado y comodo
tiene valet parking lo cual es muy practico y esta cerca de todo!
eramos siete y realmente pasamos muy bien ya que la distribucion permite que los adolescentes, que tienen diferentes horarios, no interfieran con el ritmo del resto de la familia y a la vez estabamos todos juntos
el apartamento esta limpio y bien mantenido y tiene buen servicio, el dueño estaba a la orden!!
